Events that have shaped our year 2022
As the end of 2022 approaches, it’s time to remember all the successes of our company and the partnerships that have contributed to a successful business. Our success is due to all dedicated team members, numerous clients and many projects.
New clients
The year also brought new clients, and each project is a special story that we approached individually and with the utmost commitment.
New projects
We successfully completed major projects, some of which were:
– automating the process of adding fixed services to the A1 webshop
– a completely new webshop for A1 Macedonia on the Intershop platform
– a complete DMS solution for Montenegro Post
– currency conversion to EURO for the webshops of A1 Hrvatska and Tomato
– numerous improvement projects of our DocDoc.C DMS solution, which we are very proud of
New event
We participated in the JavaCro 22′ conference. We strengthened the team with numerous new members and increased the size of the company to over 30 employees. We organized 3 team building events to bring the team closer together despite the trend of working from home.
New benefits for employees
We have adjusted salaries to the annual inflation rate twice this year so that economic events in the country and the world do not negatively affect our employees. Developers’ salaries were adjusted to the trends in the market IT, resulting in an overall 20-30% higher average salary in the company. We awarded bonuses for all successful projects. We increased the minimum number of vacation days from 20 to 22 days. We increased the amount of Christmas bonus for all employees and paid anniversary bonuses for 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of service.
New successes
We have increased our turnover by almost 50% compared to the previous year – Our Star DocDoc.C has more than 18 versions with new functionalities, 120,000 documents have been documented, more than 300,000 tasks have been completed and all this for more than 100 companies. We have been successful for 20 years and we sincerely hope that we can continue the winning streak in the coming year 2023.
